R. Shantini

R.Shanthini is A trainer in the areas of Customer Service, Administration, Problem Solving Decision Making, Thinking Out of the box, Finance and Professional Business Etiquette & Imaging. She graduated from the Royal Melbourne University of Technology obtaining Bachelor of Business Degree. She is an associate member of Australian Society of Accountants. She is also a Certified Practising Trainer under the HRDF’s scheme provided by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. In 2009, she acquired her Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)

Shanthini’s very first job was in the hotel industry in Singapore for about 8 months. She was assigned as a cashier and in her spare time she worked as a waitress. Through her experience, she believes to strive in any industry, providing excellent customer service and by building a customer oriented culture in any organization is the key to establish effective relationships.

After graduating, Shanthini joined an international company, where she has been attached in various positions for the past nine years. During this tenure, she has worked on various domestic as well as international assignments, and in the course of her responsibilities, has traveled to countries like Vietnam, Australia and Singapore.

Since joining the consulting industry six years ago, she regularly conducts training for companies both in the manufacturing as well as the services sector. With her experience, she is able to share her ideas, which will help create awareness and change in the organization to bring benefits to the company and to the participants as well. Her areas of interest include Business Communication, Customer Service, Professional Business Etiquette, Creativity, Work Life Balance, Leadership, Finance and Balanced Scorecard.

She believes in making a difference in participants learning through her personalized, practical and dynamic approach to make every learning & development session an enjoyable and valuable experience.

With her experience, she is able to share her ideas, which will help create awareness and change in the organization to bring benefits to the company and to the participants as well. She has worked on assignments for Ritz Carlton, Agilent Technologies, Dyson, Hanson, HSBC, International Medical University, Malaysian Rating Corporation, MCIS Zurich, Perodua, Securities Commission, British American Tobacco, Komag, Sime Darby, Mewaholeo, Tanjung Puteri Golf Resort, Public Bank, MMHE, Rentwise, Eurospan, Flextronics, See Sen Chemicals, Dápotic Pharmacy, Danfoss, Pos Malaysia and several other organizations.
